Hi, I'm Shawn. In the world of AI, it’s easy to "move fast and break things." But with a background in Engineering and Process Optimization, I believe your business systems should be built to last.
I have spent over three decades managing operational excellence, risk mitigation, system design and testing, and root cause analysis for complex systems. I founded this agency to bring that same level of rigor to your business. My goal is to identify the bottlenecks in your workflow and engineer automated solutions that run reliably in the background.
When I'm not optimizing processes, you can find me building combat robots with my son or 3D printing components for our next project. I love building things that work under pressure—whether that's a BattleBot or your sales pipeline.
